PAYMENTS
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners, Maestro, and JCB.
Do you charge sales tax?
Federal law requires us to charge sales tax in the state of Louisiana.

Of course! All of our transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
When will my order ship, and how fast can it get here?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchasing, Monday thru Friday. Please allow 3-5 days during holiday season. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to inclement weather or re-routing errors. We ship all domestic packages using USPS first class. USPS doesn’t guarantee shipping times, so we can’t either! Please contact us directly if you are in need of your order by a specific date.

RETURNS
My order never arrived!
Please email  hi@ohhi.co  with your order number, and we’ll look into what happened.
My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
If your receive a damaged parcel, please contact us within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the product cost OR a replacement of the damaged item(s).
What is your return policy and when can I be refunded?
Currently, to protect our small business, all sales are final with the exception of damaged items.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Can you customize any of your products?
While we do not customize single products, bulk order (35+ pieces) customization is available. Email us at hi@ohhi.co with your name, contact information, and request to learn more.
Are you available for custom work?
Yes! We work on everything from website design to wedding invitations. Please email hi@ohhi.co with your project details.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
The product I want to order is out of stock. How can I be notified if/ when the product will be back in stock?
Send an email at hi@ohhi.co with your name and contact information, and we’ll let you know when the product is restocked or if it’s been discontinued.
Where are you products manufactured?
All of our products are designed by Antonio Mercuri and Madisyn Pina in New Orleans. We work with local manufacturers and proudly produce all our work in the USA.
